The index is calculated based on the following four indicators:

1. Gender Pay Gap Indicator: Cannot be calculated
   The number of employees in the relevant groups is less than 40% of the total workforce. The indicator cannot be calculated.
2. Indicator for the gap in individual pay increase rates between women and men: 35/35. 
3. This indicator aims to compare the percentage of women and men who received an individual pay increase during the reference period.
4. Indicator: Percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: cannot be calculated
5. No employees returned from maternity leave in 2024. The indicator cannot be calculated.
6. Number of employees from the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5/10
   Women are overrepresented among the highest-paid employees.
