Jessica NEUFVILLE advises on employment law matters (both advisory and litigation), primarily in:
- collective advice and litigation in connection with insolvency proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganisation (transfers of undertakings, geographical and/or professional mobility plans, harmonisation of status, collective redundancy plans and job protection plans, etc.),
- collective bargaining (organization of working hours, standardization of collective status, etc.),
- managing relations with staff representative bodies,
- compliance audits and risk audits.
She joined DELSOL Avocats in 2014 following six months in the Human Resources Division of the private SAINT JOSEPH-SAINT LUC Hospital (1,000 employees).
Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2015, Jessica holds a two-year master’s degree in Private and Public Health Law (AIX-EN-PROVENCE Faculty of Law and Political Science).
