DELSOL Avocats advised the investors in SEGEPO’s LBO bis

In 2015, the French manufacturer sold 60% of its capital to Dentressangle, which took the opportunity of this new buy-out to sale all its shares.

In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised the investors (ARKEA and BPI) with a team including:

  • Séverine BRAVARD, partner, and Maïlys de MEYER, associate, on the M&A aspects
  • Séverine BRAVARD and Arthur COLLET, associate, on financing matters
  • Frédéric SUBRA, partner, and Maïlys de MEYER on the tax aspects
  • Delphine BRETAGNOLLE, partner, and Jessica NEUVILLE, associate, on employment issues
