Alexis CHABERT is co-head of the LYON office’s “Civil and commercial litigation” and “White-collar crime – Compliance” Departments.
A specialist in legal proceedings applied to commercial litigation, he has developed solid experience in conflicts between partners, liability of company directors, unfair competition, compliant delivery, defective equipment, etc.
He has also developed particular expertise in criminal business law to assist company directors who are victims of crime (fraud, breach of trust, forgery and use of forgeries, etc.) and defend them personally for complex financial infractions.
He works in both English and French.
Alexis CHABERT has a master’s degree in Business Law and a DESS postgraduate qualification in Community Business Law from LYON III University.
He joined the Lyon office of DELSOL Avocats in 2007, where he works closely with the Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Alexis CHABERT is a former member of the Bar Council and the former Chairman of the LYON Bar’s Future of Legal Practice Committee.
He has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2021 and named Lawyer of the Year 2023 in “Litigation” (Best Lawyers, in partnership with Les Echos).
