Jean-Baptiste CROIZIER joined DELSOL Avocats in 2013.
He advises associations, foundations, endowment funds, religious orders, and professional organizations, and primarily handles transactions involving the formation, reorganization, and restructuring (mergers, spin-offs, partial asset contributions, spin-offs into subsidiaries) of such entities, as well as issues related to the operations and taxation of nonprofit organizations.
He has developed particular expertise in the social housing, higher education, and medical-social sectors.
Jean-Baptiste CROIZIER also advises individuals and businesses on their philanthropic initiatives to help finance and organize projects that serve the public interest.
A member of the Lyon Bar since 2009, Jean-Baptiste Croizier holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Professional Master’s degree in Real Estate Law.
