Arnaud LAROCHE advises not-for-profit organisations and other stakeholders in the social and solidarity economy (SSE) on their legal affairs.
His expertise includes:
- the creation and operation of organisational structures: associations, endowment funds, foundations etc. as well as restructuring: mergers, partial transfer of assets, spin-offs…
- legal and tax structuring of philanthropic projects for private individuals or families and corporate sponsorship programmes: SMEs, ETIs, listed companies.
- taxation as applicable to not-for-profit organisations: subject to commercial tax, operating segments, and SSE companies: ESUS approval, Madelin tax reduction.
He is actively involved in lobbying for the development of the “shareholder foundation” model in France, in addition to assisting business owners in the transfer of business ownership.
Arnaud joined the firm during his university studies in LYON and then in PARIS from 2012, before becoming a lawyer in 2018.
He holds a Master I in Business Law (AIX-MARSEILLE University, 2011), a DU-DJCE and a Master II in Company Law and Engineering (IDA AIX-EN-PROVENCE, 2012), CAPA Bar Exam (EFB Paris, 2017).
