Raphaël BERGER is a graduate of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. He was admitted to the bar in 1999.
He became a partner at a renowned law firm in Lyon in 2002, specializing in real estate law from the outset. In 2006, he earned the real estate law certification issued by the National Bar Council and went on to develop the firm’s real estate practice.
In 2012, he founded, together with Stéphanie BERGER-BÈCHE, their own specialized law firm, consisting of about ten attorneys and staff members; then, in 2020, he founded BERGER AVOCATS & ASSOCIÉS, a multi-bar association law firm with offices in Paris and Lyon.. Raphaël BERGER has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022.
