Stéphanie BERGER-BECHE is counsel in the “Real Estate – Construction” department at DELSOL Avocats.
She has developed a recognized practice, both in advisory and litigation matters, in the following areas:
- Real estate law (real estate sales, property law, easements),
- Family law.
Stéphanie BERGER-BECHE works alongside all stakeholders in the real estate sector: developers, builders, property managers, investors, and individuals.
A graduate of Jean Moulin University Lyon III, she was sworn in as a lawyer in 2004.
She is a mediator and a member of the Lyon Bar Association Council.
In 2012, she founded, together with Raphaël BERGER, their own specialized law firm, consisting of about ten attorneys and staff members; then, in 2020, she founded BERGER AVOCATS & ASSOCIÉS, a multi-bar association law firm with offices in Paris and Lyon.
Stéphanie BERGER-BECHE joined DELSOL Avocats in 2026 along with Raphaël BERGER and all their team.
